Kathleen McCutcheon – Director

Kathleen has worked in the social housing sector for over 25 years. Paisley HA is her third Director’s posts and before that Kathleen worked in Drumchapel as a Housing Manager. Kathleen started her career working for Scottish Special Housing Association as a Graduate Trainee. During this time Kathleen achieved the Diploma in Housing Studies and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Kathleen’s desire to work in housing was sparked by an honours  degree in Politics gained from the University of Strathclyde. Kathleen also holds a COSCA certificate for Counselling.

   Lorna Gilroy – Housing Manager

Lorna joined Paisley Housing Association as Housing Manager in 2003 having worked in social housing for 19 years.  Lorna has a HND in Business Studies and continued her studies while working and gained the  postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies in 1987.  She is responsible for the delivery of the Housing Management and Factoring Services and leads a team of 15 staff.   Our focus is to provide excellent customer service  while achieving continuous improvement in performance

   Elaine Thomson - Technical Manager

Elaine Thomson-Technical Manager since 2004 is responsible for Asset Management and our Reactive repairs service. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has a MA (Hons) in English, a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing and a Certificate in Business Management. Elaine has been employed in housing since 1986, first at Falkirk Council as a Housing Assistant, then as a Housing Officer at Meadowside & Thornwood HA before joining her home town association in 1991 as Housing Manager.

 Lorna Colville – Finance Manager

Lorna has worked in the social housing sector for 25 years. Lorna has been the Finance Manager at Paisley Housing Association for 20 years and prior to that she worked within the Finance Department of Cube Housing Association. Lorna started her career  has a Charter Accountant Trainee working for  Downie Wilson Chartered Accountants, qualifying in 1993 when she became a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

  Tracy Fraser – Assistant Housing Manager

Tracy is responsible for the day to day management of the Housing Management section. Tracy has worked in Housing for over 25 years.  Her interest in Housing started when still at school, she carried out work experience in a Housing Office and saw the range of services offered to assist people. Tracy worked for Glasgow City Council before moving to the Association in 2003. During her time with the Association, Tracy completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies.
