When you sign your missive you have entered into a contract with the Association which means we provide you with a home that you have pledged to pay for. 

The income from rent pays for your repairs service and improvement work such as leaks and electrical faults, cyclical maintenance e.g. gutter cleaning, external painting and major improvements e.g. bathroom replacements, kitchen renewals and for all other services that the Association provides.  It also contributes to other service areas such as estate management, letting homes, dealing with anti-social behaviour and administration.

Without rental income we would not be able to deliver these services.

Rents are reviewed annually, and tenant's consultation takes place December - February, each year.

Tenants are encouraged to complete the feedback form we send out with the consultation to provide their views on the proposed increase. The Association's rent increases have consistently been below the average for our sector.
