  • Lynn McCulloch - Interim Chief Executive Officer

    Lynn McCulloch is an independent consultant in social housing and social impact.  She is on the Scottish Housing Regulator's panel of managers for appointment to troubled housing associations.  She was the interim Chief Officer at Wellhouse HA in Easterhouse and is currently in the same role at Ferguslie Park HA, both associations in "high engagement" with the SHR. 

     Lynn has a long record in the social rented sector, beginning in Glasgow City Council’s housing department.  Then she was Director of Ferguslie Park Housing Association in Paisley, in the pioneering period of partnership and wider regeneration.  As Head of Inspection with Communities Scotland until 2006, Lynn was responsible for the inspection of Registered Social Landlords and the housing and homelessness services of Local Authorities throughout Scotland.  As CEO of Cube Housing Association, she led a business transformation, which delivered innovative improvements in homes and services.  Cube and Glasgow Housing Association formed the Wheatley Housing Group, the largest landlord in Scotland.  Lynn is a former Chairperson and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland.


  • Lindsay Gemmill - Interim Head of Operations

    Lindsay joined our team in July 2016 on an Interim basis to oversee the operational side of the Association.

    Lindsay is a housing professional with significant senior management experience across the business management, commercial and advisory aspects of housing practice. She has worked in the public and independent housing sectors as well as in the private sector providing consultancy services to local housing authorities and housing associations.

    Lindsay has undertaken roles in a wide variety of fields of housing practice, is a board member of Blue Triangle Housing Association and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

  • Alison Vass - Temporary Housing Manager

    Alison joined us on a temporary basis to oversee Housing Services and has worked in the housing sector with various councils. 

  • Julie Carson - Senior Housing Officer

    Julie started as a housing officer with the Association in June 2012 and recently obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Glasgow.

    Julie has experience in many aspects of housing and worked in both Local Authority and Housing Associations having previously worked with Renfrewshire Council for 14 years in various roles before joining the Association.

    Julie has recently achieved Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing.



  • Katy Girling - Housing Officer

    Katy joined the Association in  January 2014 and has over 10 years’

    experience as a Housing Officer. Katy has a Masters in Urban Policy

    and Practice from Glasgow University. 

  • Suzanne Connor - Housing Officer

    Suzanne recently joined the team at FPHA and is an experienced housing officer having worked in other Housing Associations.

  • Suzanne Davidson - Property Services Officer

    Suzanne has worked at the Association for 13 years and came on board

    as a temporary customer services assistant to cover maternity leave.

    Suzanne worked her way up to become a property services officer. 

  • Michael Odiamehi - Property Services Officer

    Michael joined the Property Services team in May 2016  and is very experienced in technical and property services. 

  • FMD Financial Services

    The Finance Team are headed by Fettes McDonald and Howard Dales of FMD Financial Services. 

  • Sandra Campbell - Finance Officer

    Sandra is one of our longest serving employees having started

    as a partime clerical assistant in Oct 2002. 

    Sandra obtained a HNC in Accountancy and became the

    Finance Officer in 2011. Sandra oversees the day to day running

    of the Finance Department. 


  • Kirsty Grieg - Finance Assistant

    Kristy works part time in the finance department and

    has been with the Association since 2009.

    Kirsty has previous administration and financial experience in the private sector. 

  • Teresa Sadler - Governance & Corporate Services Assistant

    Teresa joined the Association in April 2016 and works closely with the Board of Management in all aspects of Governance. 

    She has a SQA qualification in "Governance of the Scottish Housing Association"as well as a HND in Administration and I.T. 

    Teresa serves as a voluntary Board Member with Cassiltoun Housing Association. 

  • Robert Findlay - Welfare Rights Officer

    Robert previously worked with Department for Work and Pensions

    for 15 years in various roles across a wide range of welfare benefits

    and became a welfare rights officer providing services to several

    Housing Associations in Renfrewshire and became a full time member

    of staff in January 2013.   

  • Ian Davidson - Welfare Rights Assistant

    Ian assists Robert in delivering an advice and support service to tenants.

    Ian previously worked with the Department of Work and Pensions.

  • Margaret Ronaldson - Customer Services Assistant

    Margaret has worked here since 2006 and has covered various roles .

    Margaret was also senior receptionist up until 2014 when she moved

    to housing services as housing assistant and up until recently covered

    a temporary role as housing officer.   

  • Alison Smith- Customer Services Assistant

    Alison has worked at FPHA for 5 years and has provided administration services in Housing Services, Welfare Rights, Reception and Maintenance. Alison has worked in an administrative role for Disclosure Scotland, DWP and HM Revenue & Customs. 


  • Laura Gorman - Customer Services Assistant

    Laura has been with us since September 2014 and is our receptionist.

    Laura previously worked in the private sector for over 8 years delivering front line customer services in dealing with housing and maintenance enquiries .

  • Paul King - Temporary Asset Strategy Officer

    Paul has vast experience working within property services and is employed by the Association on a part-time basis to help deliver our Asset Strategy Plan.
