Each year, we consult our tenants on the rent increase being proposed for the next financial year. The consultation is about how money is spent and will be spent in the future.  The Co-operative looks at how much money is being spent on our properties and what will be spent on services.

A 1% rent increase has been agreed from 1st April 2017 for financial year 2017/18.
