We offer a payment facility to suit your needs and there are a range of options available. Payment should be made in advance and can be made weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.

The rental charge is based on a 12 month cycle (as stated in your tenancy agreement).

Payments can be made by:

  • Cash – pay at Post Office or Paypoint, using your Allpay.net card.
  • Direct Debit – this allows you to authorise payment from your bank/building society to your rent account, with an agreed sum and frequency. Direct Debit forms are available from our offices.
  • Post – do not submit cash by post. You should send cheques payable to ‘Cloch Housing Association Limited’.
  • Telephone – Call the Allpay.net call centre on 0844 557 8321 to make a payment using your Allpay.net card and debit card.
  • Via Internet - using your Allpay.net card and debit card you can make a payment securely online at www.allpayments.net (http://www.allpayments.net). You must register if you haven’t used this system before.
  • Debit Card – you can pay at the office or via the telephone with your debit card.
  • Text – payment from Allpay is a secure SMS bill payment option. You simply need a UK-registered mobile phone, an Allpay rent card and a debit or credit card. After registering online at https://www.allpayments.net/textpay you can then pay any time, any place, anywhere. After you’ve registered just text a simple code and the amount you wish to pay to a designated number each time you want to make a payment.
