Your rent is due monthly in advance on or before the 28th day of each month but you can make as many payments as you wish i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as the full monthly rent charge is paid during that month.

Using your Rent book

You can pay your rent by bank giro, which you can use at any bank.  The nearest bank is the Royal Bank of Scotland at Bearsden.  You can make as many payments as you wish.  There is no charge for this.  Please ask for a book of bank giro slips.

By Standing Order

Many tenant find it more convenient to pay their rent by standing order.  If you wish to sue this method then please contact your Housing Officer who will give you a form to complete.

By Rent Payment Card

You can now pay your rent with a Rent Payment Card(Allpay).  Your rent can now be paid at the Post office or anywhere that displays the Paypoint signs.

By Internet

You can pay over the internet using a Allpay Rent Payment Card.  Further details can be provided on request.

Paying your Rent by Mobile Phone

Simply scan the QR code and install the app.  Available on both Android and Apple.
